Magne Return & Refund Policy

At Magne, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee for your peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@ trymagne.com.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase. Please note that because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, this window is not guaranteed. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we provide store credit instead of cash refunds. This credit can be applied toward any future purchase on our website.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email info@trymagne.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Refunds (in the form of store credit) are processed within 14 business days of confirmation. If you haven’t received confirmation after this period, please contact your financial institution.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse

  • Orders with issues caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect shipping details)

All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all products to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ trymagne.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Please note: We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver quickly, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery-related problems, please contact the courier directly.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for unusual activity. We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction. If fraud is suspected, Magne reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
