Shipping & Delivery Policy – Magne

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on the stock of the model you purchased. It is possible that your order will be shipped from a warehouse located in another country if the ordered model was only available there at the time of purchase. As logistics are fully automated by Shopify software, everything is processed automatically to speed up the handling of your order. We conduct weekly stock checks to ensure that the quality of our products remains as high as possible.

Current Shipping Conditions
Due to a recent surge in demand and ongoing supply chain challenges, shipping times may be slightly extended. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these circumstances. Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing. Your estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

The products offered on this website are not intended for sale, delivery, or use within the European Union, including France.

Any attempt to place an order destined for a country within the European Union will be automatically refused or cancelled.

This website, its content, offers, and pricing are intended exclusively for consumers located outside the European Union—specifically in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other authorized territories.

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are not a resident of the European Union and agree not to attempt to have our products delivered to any restricted territory.

Delivery Times
Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays due to carriers).

Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. During sales periods or times of high demand, processing time may extend to 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on your country’s location, local postal service, and customs procedures.

You will be responsible for paying any customs duties or additional charges required by your government or local post office.

We will address your package exactly as specified by you. Once the product arrives in the destination country, your local post office will handle delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local post office regarding any issues that may arise after the package reaches the destination country.

For U.S. orders, you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. If tracking is not updated for a few days, don’t worry—it may take one or two days for the carrier’s system to update.

Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Magne to import goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Magne may delegate the import obligations to a subcontractor. The recipient will pay all taxes and customs duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Returned packages that are not the sender’s responsibility may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds for such returned packages will be issued in full, less any shipping costs incurred by the sender.

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

FAQ

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure that both your billing and delivery addresses are accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours.

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued once the package is returned to our warehouse (excluding return shipping costs). Alternatively, the order can be reshipped once the address has been corrected.

If you realize the address is incorrect after shipment, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to help redirect the package before it is returned.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
We are not responsible for shipping charges once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs charges may apply when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder as tracking emails sometimes land there.

MY TRACKING INDICATES "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE".
For some carriers, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order and no tracking updates are available, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, without penalty. Simply send us an email with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.

If the item has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
